What Cardora Is
Cardora is a marketplace and reference platform that connects Filipino collectors, buyers, and sellers of trading cards. We provide listing tools, messaging, search, and aftermarket price references. We are not a party to user transactions and do not own most items listed by users.
Estimated Market Reference
Cardora may display an Estimated Market Reference(in PHP) for some cards, derived from third-party aftermarket data.
- This is informational only — it is not a guaranteed price, appraisal, or offer.
- Actual selling prices in the Philippines may differ based on condition, demand, liquidity, and buyer interest.
- Cardora does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market reference.
User Responsibilities
As a Cardora user, you are responsible for:
- Accuracy of your listings, descriptions, photos, and pricing.
- Honoring agreed deals as a seller; paying as agreed as a buyer.
- Safe meetup and shipping decisions.
- Honest, respectful communication with other users.
- Verifying items before completing transactions.
Prohibited Listings & Activity
You may not use Cardora for:
- Scams, fake listings, or fraudulent transactions.
- Counterfeit, proxy, or misrepresented cards passed off as authentic.
- Stolen goods or items you do not own/have the right to sell.
- Misleading prices, fake "sold" claims, or price manipulation.
- Joy reserving or joy bidding without intent to buy.
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
- Fake verification attempts or identity misrepresentation.
- Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messaging.
- Any activity that violates Philippine or applicable law.
Buyer & Seller Responsibility
Cardora provides the tools, but the deal is between the buyer and the seller. Each party is responsible for verifying the other, the item, the payment method, and the delivery arrangement before completing a transaction.
Moderation, Suspension & Disputes
Cardora reserves the right to:
- Remove listings, messages, or content that violate these terms.
- Suspend, restrict, or ban accounts engaging in prohibited activity.
- Revoke verification badges if trust standards are breached.
- Moderate events, posts, and community content at our discretion.
We will try to resolve disputes fairly using listing history, messages, and transaction records, but final outcomes between buyer and seller are the parties' own responsibility.
Events & Breaks
Event organizers and breakers are responsible for their own events, schedules, and participants. Cardora lists events as a community service but does not organize or guarantee individual events.
Verification Disclaimer
Verification badges indicate identity confirmation and community standing — they are not insurance and do not guarantee transaction outcomes, item authenticity, or shipping reliability. Always exercise judgment regardless of verification status.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardora and its operators are not liable for losses arising from user transactions, meetups, shipping, disputes, or reliance on Estimated Market Reference data. We provide the platform; users provide the deals.
We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings, the behavior of other users, or continuous availability of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
