Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Cardora account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@cardora.ph from the email address linked to your Cardora account.
  2. Use the subject line: [Data Deletion] Account & data deletion request.
  3. Include your account email and username so we can verify identity.
  4. We'll confirm the request and process it within a reasonable timeframe.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (display name, avatar, bio, preferences).
  • Your active listings, drafts, watchlist, portfolio entries, and saved searches.
  • Your messages, where allowed by safety and fraud-prevention obligations.
  • Push notification tokens linked to your account.

What may be retained

For fraud prevention, dispute history, legal, or security reasons, limited records may be retained — including transaction history, moderation actions, abuse reports, and verification audit data. These are stored securely and not used for marketing.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days and complete deletion within a reasonable period afterward, subject to the retention exceptions above.
